Another round of the FINAL SALE sale!
Okay, so after I placed my first order on Friday, I realized that I didn't look at the shoe section or see the striped pocket tee!!! I was so mad at myself because I'm in desperate need of new metallic gold flats (I wear them with EVERYTHING) and I didn't even think to look for new ones. Of course, as soon as I get to the shoe section, the Kerrington Ballet flats were on sale!! PERFECT, right?! But then I realized that after shipping and taxes the total of the tee & shoes would come right back to a little over $100. And well, I didn't $100 just for one pair of shoes and one tee!!! You know me, I'm a sales shopper!!! Plus the shipping price was ridiculous!!!
So what did I do? I bought a couple more tees and a few factory ride alongs so that I could get free shipping and essentially only pay $80ish dollars for the shoes & shirt. WOOP! Hopefully these shoes fit! If they don't, ahhh I'll be super upset!!!

Oh and if anyone is interested in buying my NWT Marled Shawl Cardigan in Saddle, XS $60 shipped (great deal!), let me know! I'm not 100% in love with the way it looks on me and the nearest store is super far to return. (It was a charge send) So please feel free to take it off my hands!

I'm a complete sucker for % off sales, ESPECIALLY when they include free shipping! I totally know that they're "final" sale but if they don't fit, I can always sell on ebay or on the exchange. Plus, I know my sister is always more than willing to take the stuff that I won't wear!
But anyway, I reeeally wanted that Braided Pearl and chain bracelet but it was already sold out :(
So what did I get?
I got:
The Infinity Cardigan in Dark Seaweed
The Crystallized Cotton Tank
I purposely bought those two to make this outfit: (LOVE IT!)
Then I bought:
The Drapey V-neck Sweater
and the Lace Ruffle Tank
Those two will help me make this outfit:
I also got this Olive Bettina, since the color is gorgeous. Only $13.99 (after %off)!
And the Brushed Shimmer Tee (for a fun casual look) $10.49
And last but not least, the Crystal Donut Bracelet to add to my jewelry collection.
Altogether I spent $160 (CA tax is massive!) for over $400 worth of stuff. That's a pretty good deal, don't ya think?! Okay NO. MORE. SHOPPING!!!

JCrew NEW ARRIVALS!
Oooh! I'm totally loving some of the new arrivals! The pretty greens and blues are to die for! Here is my wishlist:
I'm not going to lie, I'm a die hard sales shopper... so until these items go significantly down in price, I won't be biting quite yet.
Hmmm, but maybe I NEED that Alexie sweater. I don't have that color in my closet yet. And the Drapey Tank. Definitely need that tank for Fall! OH and the Oxford heels. Gotta have the oxford heels! Ahhhh! What's a girl to do?!

OH JCREW.
This past weekend I had a horrendous shopping experience! I think we've all been there... when the store is in complete shambles, too many people crowding the sales racks so you can't take a peek, no one asks if you want a fitting room started, and of course the rude sales associate... I encountered all of those when shopping at a certain JCrew on Saturday.
I wanted to buy my beloved Silvana cardigan and the Marled Shawl cardigan. When I asked for an online price match, lets just say they said NO. The lady was like, "well you can either buy the price on the tag with the 30% off promotion or order online and get that sales price and pay shipping." I was like, "umm, isn't it your policy to match prices?" And she was like, "no we NEVER do that. online is separate from the store. they mark those prices down to reflect the current promo." (which was a complete lie.) then some more blah blah blah and then she said, "oh no, that marled cardigan sweater isn't even on sale online." and i was like "whaaa? yes it is! trust me, i wouldn't be buying them if they weren't!" after a few head shakes, a few glares, and a few more no's and a couple of eye rolls from her... I politely said, "well, that's okay then. nevermind i wont be taking them. thanks anyway."
Ahhh! I just don't understand how some people can be employed by a store and not even know the policies?! I swear that we AFICIONADAS can probably name every sale price in store! And why do they have to be so mean??? I seriously was so bummed after that, I just wanted to leave the mall!
But anyway, to cut to the chase, I emailed "contactus@jcrew.com" and let them know about my ordeal. They then forwarded my email to the lady that oversees the JCrews in the area and she gave me a friendly call. She could not stop apologizing about my rotten experience and was very happy to make it up to me! She went ahead and located the sweater I wanted and is having it shipped out to me with the sales/promo applied. WONDERFUL!
I had told my online PS earlier what happened and she was quick to offer the same deal to me. I now have both my Silvana and Marled Shawl cardigans coming my way! :)
Now why can't they all be as friendly and courteous??? Is it really so hard?!

October catalog LOVE
I've been away from the Crew for so long that I didn't even get to see the catalog until this morning! There are quite a few looks that I'm LOVING, but as always, I have to wait for them to go on sale. By the looks of things, it seems like things go on sale rather quickly!
Here's what I'm loving:
I really want those pixie pants but they're out of stock in the color I want. I'm really loving that puffer vest too! I really need to get my butt over to a B&M! I wish I had a Mickey card but it's okay... I really need to clear some closet space first!
