:( i feel your pain. i was really disappointed too. they told me it was because i ordered it over the weekend when no one was shipping. I thought by now they would have fixed all the problems with their website. when i called, i told them other retailers sent me a 20% coupon in a similar situation, so they are sending me a $20 gift card basically. try that! at least they are trying to find you one!
